COSMOTE e-value is now housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area in Athens, in the context of the Group's ongoing effort to provide its people with the ideal  environment to work and grow. The fully remodelled building accommodates about 1,200 employees offering integrated contact centre customer services to more than 50 large corporate clients.

The building consists of training rooms, a career centre, meeting rooms and a number of rest areas. The complex was built in 1959 to originally host the then- called OTE Computer Centre. The building’s full renovation was undertaken and implemented by OTE Estate, abiding by international standards and specific requirements for establishing a contact centre.

The COSMOTE e-value building was designed in an environmentally responsible way, aiming at improved performance on a number of indicators such as energy consumption, water usage, CO₂ emissions, indoor environmental quality and resource management. As a result, the building is one of the few in Greece to be certified GOLD as per the international LEED certification,  developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
