OTEestate is in possession of considerable real estate property with commercial value estimated at approximately € 1.22 billion euros, based on the valuation made at the end of  2024 by NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.

Real estate comprises of significant land plots throughout Greece, in strategic locations, with the majority of buildings located in prime commercial areas of cities and towns.

More specifically, the Company's property includes: 2.287 land plots of total surface 9.19 million m2., on which 2.707 buildings have been constructed of total built area 1.14 million m2.

The main lessee in the Company's buildings is OTE Group.
