OTEestate’s team combines extensive experience and deep expertise, playing a key role in the strategic development of our property portfolio. With commitment, professionalism, and vision, our team consistently delivers innovative and reliable real estate services.
Georgios Tampoureas is the General Manager of OTEestate, leading the Company’s overall strategy, operations, and transformation agenda in the field of real estate management and development.
With more than 25 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, and real estate, he combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for sustainable growth and innovation.
He is responsible for the design and implementation of the Group’s unified real estate policy, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
As General Manager, he oversees the Company’s key divisions — Asset & Portfolio Management, Construction, Facility & Property Management — along with Finance, Energy, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs, directing a team of more than 150 skilled professionals.
Mr. Tampoureas is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in International Management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the University of Barcelona. His specialization in BIM empowers the organization to embrace innovative, technology-driven approaches in the design, construction, and lifecycle management of its property assets.
Under his leadership, OTEestate has delivered landmark development and refurbishment projects, achieved significant growth in leasing revenues and partnerships, and strengthened the sustainability and energy performance of the Group’s extensive property portfolio.
Krysta Petropoulou is the Director of Asset Management at OTEestate and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
She specializes in strategic asset development, portfolio optimization, and the integration of sustainability and technology into property management.
Since joining OTEestate in 2010, Krysta has led the company’s Asset Management Division, driving strategies that enhance business performance while promoting environmental responsibility and innovation.
She has played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the company’s real estate operations, implementing advanced systems such as SAP RE, GIS, and Document Management tools to strengthen transparency and decision-making efficiency.
In 2017, her role expanded to include leadership of the Space Management team, where she oversees initiatives to optimize workspace utilization and introduce modern, flexible work models across the OTE Group.
Prior to OTEestate, Krysta held a managerial position at Dolphin Capital Partners (2007–2010), a London Stock Exchange–listed investment fund, contributing to the development of luxury tourism and resort projects. She began her career at PwC (2000–2007) as a Real Estate Consultant, providing valuation and strategic advisory services to corporate and institutional clients.
Krysta is an Urban and Regional Planning Engineer, holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE), and is a Chartered Surveyor certified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
She is a Board Member of RICS Hellas and Head of the RICS Hellas Sustainability Group, actively promoting sustainable real estate practices and the transition to low-carbon buildings.
Spyros Lazaris has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector and has been a member of the Company’s executive team since June 2011. He is currently Head of Energy and Facility Services, having previously served as Director of Financial Services and Operational Support.
Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in multinational companies, the banking sector and the Energy industry. He served as Finance Director at the pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim in Greece, and also worked in Germany for the parent company, participating in portfolio evaluation projects and in teams that completed major acquisitions. He also served as Group Finance Director at a subsidiary bank of Emporiki Bank, as well as General Manager of Finance and Support Services at PPC Renewables S.A.
He has extensive experience in financing complex projects, as well as in implementing new ERP systems in Greece and abroad. As part of his current responsibilities, he monitors the Group’s energy strategy and is responsible for representing the Company in the Greek energy market.
He holds a degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a master’s degree and a PhD in Economics and Econometrics from Virginia Tech, USA.
